  I had the first appt on July 3 as a new patient. I had scheduled this appointment in April and was told this was first available because Dr. Munipalli likes to block out time and really get a good history of new patients. I arrived 15 minutes before my 8:30 appointment. The office is easy to find, conveniently located with ample parking. The office staff is friendly and the waiting room is bright with many places to sit. I was taken back to the exam room by a cheerful Medical Assistant named Corey and he spent a few minutes getting all the necessary info as to why I was there and what not. He finished his duties and told me I was the first patient and I would be seen in a few minutes. However, after about 15 minutes, Corey returned to check on me and said the doctor had not actually arrived in the office as of yet, but it should not be long. Well...long story short, one hour after my scheduled visit, Dr. Munipalli still had not arrived in the office and my impression was the staff didn't quite know where she was. If she was doing hospital rounds, I know things happen. But the office just did not seem to know the doctor's whereabouts. At 9:40, I finally left the exam room and approached the front office and told them I was leaving. They were apologetic, told me I would not be charged for the visit and did not offer an explaination as to what was taking so long. They also did not offer to reschedule the appointment for me. I have heard Dr. Munipalli is a great doctor, but I don't see myself returning to this office anytime in the near future.
