  Spoke to Holly on 7/08/13 about A/C not cooling. I asked if they could take a look at it on 7/09/13. She said a technician could come by between 11 and 2 and that there would be a trip charge of $85.00. On 7/09 at 12:30, Holly called and said that the tech was done with his prior appointment and could be on his way if that was all right. The technician, "Ribs", got there in about 15 minutes and went on the roof to take a look. After being up there a while, he came down and showed me two very, very dirty filters. He believed that to be the problem and once he turned the unit back on, we have nice cool air again! He handed me the bill for $85 and we were done. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone - they did exactly what they said they would do and didn't try to cheat me by saying I needed a new compressor, etc.! Ribs let me know that the unit was very old but that with changing the filters, it should last a while longer.
